Hannah is a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.  Her practice involves working therapeutically with teenagers and adults.  She offers one to one therapy sessions in person and online. 

Hannah’s past experience includes her work as a Youth Counsellor for Heads Together, a charity and NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health referral service, undertaking assessment and short term therapy. She was also a Counsellor for the ‘Parents First’ initiative which is a partnership between Epsom Downs Children’s Centre and Heads Together working alongside parents within vulnerable family systems.

Hannah’s training and experience involves different therapeutic models and approaches alloing her to work with a diverse range of presenting life issues in adolescence and adulthood including depression; anxiety; grief and loss; family separation, divorce and dysfunction; school/exam pressure, self-harm and suicidal ideation; trauma and post-traumatic stress; physical, emotional and sexual abuse.

Hannah is committed to provide every single person with a warm, safe and non-judgemental space in which to share and process difficulties in their lives.  Counselling combined with psychotherapy explores a person’s early years; their childhood environment; experiences and influences.

Hannah welcomes every individual who is willing and able to try a counselling experience. She believes professional psychological therapy with the right person can empower and enable change.
