DipAS, Lic ZSS, CNT, TT
Liz joined Optima Health in 2010, and offers relaxing bodywork to restore your natural balance on Sundays and Mondays. She teaches local Tai Chi Qigong classes, and new students are welcome. Liz is co-author of the award-winning book Meet Us and Eat Us: Food plants from around the world.
Shiatsu, Meridian Massage, Chi Nei Tsang and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage are relaxing, therapeutic treatments. They work to harmonise body and mind, releasing physical tensions, restoring emotional balance, and promoting your natural vitality.
McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release® gives gentle, focussed attention to scars (whether recent or decades old) to improve circulation and sensation, and release adhesions that can cause restriction and pain.
Each session is unique and includes a consultation. Issues commonly helped by Liz’s treatments include back, joint and muscular pain, headaches, stress or anxiety related symptoms, insomnia and lack of energy. However you don’t need to have a problem to benefit from treatment; deep relaxation is important for everyone. Liz can also introduce enjoyable, beneficial mindfulness and Taoist meditations.
