Coaching

Coaching is based on an active dialogue, and many of the skills of counselling are used here.

The focus for coaching, however, is on an area of your life where you wish to experience more effectiveness and satisfaction, for example, in your work or personal relationships.

Together with the coach you will gain a clearer understanding of your current situation and actively experiment with removing blocks or restrictions to your development. Coaching is challenging, highly interactive, yet also gentle and respectful. It can energise you and help you engage in a more authentic life, based on your true values.
